Week 1
  • Place lockbox on property

  • Install yard sign and directional sign

  • Take photos of the property in optimum weather (sunny)

Week 4

  • Put property on SAT (Select Agent Tour)

  • Follow up with agents of any showings on weekly basis

  • Advertise a public Open House on Zillow

  • Advertise a public Open House on Trulia

  • Advertise a public Open House on Realtor.com

Following Months

  • Agent Tours

    Team Stueckler participates in agent tours with the top producing agents in Southern Maryland. Each agent has one of their listings on the biweekly tour, and provides feedback and suggestions. It’s a great way to get agents to view your home for their buyers.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Networking

As a Certified Residential Specialist, Patti Stueckler has earned the highest designation that a realtor can earn. The CRS accreditation is awarded only through extensive real estate education and high sales volume. Team Stueckler sends flyers and emails to the CRS network of DC and Northern Virginia agents regarding our listings and Open Houses. Southern Maryland home prices are considerably lower than DC and Northern Virginia home prices so Team Stueckler makes sure to highlight their listings in the hidden gem of the DC Metro Area.
