  • Conor and Team Stueckler did an amazing job selling our house. This was our second time working with him and like the first, he did an amazing job. Conor’s communication was exceptional. Nights, weekends, and on vacation – Conor was always available to update us or answer our many questions. Additionally, we had a very complicated sell and he was able to help us interpret/understand the confusing realty rules and jargon. Our home required some cosmetic work before listing and we had to relocate out of state before our home was listed. Conor was able to help us find contractors and was present during the repair work. Additionally, he kept a close eye on our house and did small but important things like adjusting the heat/AC as needed.

  • Attention to detail and responsiveness set team Stueckler apart! ON THE BALL AT EVERY TURN! Patti and her team were top notch in the sale of our home. They took time to talk through all of our questions and provided great advice when faced with decisions. This market drove several offers, before we even saw the offer details Patti and team had already sorted through the details and highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of each offer. With these details we were able to make a good decision that we were happy with. Patti is a fantastic advisor, she has great respect for her clients and their decisions. Never once did she try to make a decision for us which we appreciated, but she always had advice for us when we asked. From previous experience we have learned that realtors are not evenly stacked, Patti's experience and attention to detail put her far above the other agents we have worked with. If I ever move back to the region, I am calling Patti Stueckler 100%.

  • Jordon is absolutely amazing! We were complete novices to the home-buying process, and she patiently walked with us every single step of the way. She didn't get frustrated at all when we went from wanting a move-in ready home to a fixer-upper and then back to move-in-ready. In fact, she would get excited with us every time there was something new we thought we wanted, and then she would find homes that had that new thing within the hour! They also simplify the paperwork process and help you all the way to the end, which is something that can be very stressful at times, but very easy with help from the entire team.
