Team Stueckler — Hard to spell…but easy to remember!

Patti Stueckler

”Pitbull Patti”
REALTOR, Associate Broker

Hall of Fame Realtor and Associate Broker, Patti Stueckler has been the driving force behind Team Stueckler for the past 20 years. Due to her tenacity in real estate, she became known by her clients as ‘Pitbull Patti.’ She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Marketing, and was a local newspaper reporter after college. She has been featured as a real estate expert in The Washington Post, and as a guest on Sirius XM radio. She has written many real estate articles as well as a column titled “How’s the Market?” for the the Chesapeake Current. As an award-winning top realtor, she was featured on the cover of Chesapeake Real Producers magazine in 2019.

Although Patti grew up in a military family, she was lucky to live most of her life in Southern Maryland. Her father was an Air Force Two pilot at Andrews Air Force Base and retired while Patti was still in middle school. She graduated from La Reine Catholic High School and attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln her first year of college, before moving back to Maryland.

Patti and her husband, John, have been together since they were teenagers. John joined the Marine Corps at age 17, and the two began exchanging letters until he came home. They married in 1987 and bought their first home in North Beach, MD. They have a daughter, Haley, a son, Conor, and six grandchildren. They lived for many years in Deale and then in Huntingtown before recently coming full circle back to North Beach. Their new ‘Stueckler Building’ was completed in the fall of 2021. It is a mixed-use building with their real estate office on the first floor, and their personal residence on the top two floors. Their three-story contemporary overlooks the town’s boardwalk and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.

Patti’s hobbies include running, horseback riding, hiking and baseball. She supports animal rescue and adoptions. Her cat, Lil’ John, is a fan favorite among clients and can usually be found greeting people in her office. Other hobbies include hosting the Pitbull Patti Show podcast, which can be found on iTunes and on Youtube, with an upcoming new season featuring stories of North & Chesapeake Beach.

John Stueckler

”Stumpdawg”
REALTOR

John’s colorful personality and witty humor make him a fan favorite among the team. Having served in the US Marine Corps, John believes in bringing a level of service that is ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty. His clients trust in John’s construction knowledge and know that he will do everything to ensure a great house and a smooth experience for his clients when buying or selling.

John learned efficiency and excellence from an early age, joining the Marines just two months after his 17th birthday and finishing high school at Saint Louis Catholic High School in Honolulu. His service included two Westpac’s on the USS Tarawa, serving in the Philippines, Africa, Australia and Hawaii. As a Marine, John was a marksmanship instructor and a proficient scuba diver.

After serving in the military, John joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Union, where he learned construction and carpentry skills that give him unique expertise over the average realtor. He then started a union construction company, The Four S Corp, which earned contracts with Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF), Aeronautical Radio, Inc (Arinc), the Hoffman Buildings in Alexandria, VA, and CVS drug stores.

An avid sports fan, John learned how to successfully compete while growing up boxing and playing football in Southern Maryland. With a passion for football, he was a defensive assistant coach for the Cardinals at Catholic University of America (CUA) in Washington DC from 2011-2015. Over the years, he coached a variety of sports—college and youth football, girls’ basketball, and men’s softball.

John and his wife, Patti, got married in 1987, after John bought his first house on a VA loan in North Beach, MD at age 24. They have a daughter, Haley, a son, Conor, and six grandchildren... and counting. They lived for many years in Deale and then in Huntingtown before recently coming full circle back to North Beach. Their new ‘Stueckler Building’ was completed in the fall of 2021. It is a mixed-use building with their real estate office on the first floor, and their personal residence on the top two floors. Their 5,700 sf contemporary overlooks the town’s boardwalk and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.

John is a Diamond award-winning member of the Realtors Association of Southern Maryland (SMAR). He is also a proud member of the American Legion Stallings-Williams Post 206 in Chesapeake Beach. Together, he and Patti have built one of the most successful real estate teams in Maryland.

Conor Stueckler

”Con-the-Don”
REALTOR

Conor grew up in a real estate family, where he learned the ‘art of the deal’ at an early age. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Catholic University in Washington DC and began practicing real estate at age 22.  At that age, however, he quickly realized that he wanted a faster pace than what Southern Maryland real estate could provide.  Consequently, he and a college roommate moved to New York City and Conor began selling condos and co-ops in the Big Apple.

Working in Manhattan and living in Brooklyn, Conor met his wife, Rose.  They married in 2020 after returning home and buying a house in North Beach.  They welcomed baby Johnny the following year.  Today they live on the water in Chesapeake Beach, and enjoy being close to friends and family. Conor and Rose love taking son Johnny, daughter Victoria and their dog, Brady, for daily strolls on the boardwalk.

Conor is an experienced real estate investor, owning multiple rental properties. He is an avid reader and especially likes to read books on psychology, anthropology, and business. His favorite authors include Malcolm Gladwell, Charles Duehig and Ray Dalio.

Like the rest of his family, Conor is an avid sports fan, and was an All-Conference linebacker in college. He enjoys following professional sports and was always a die-hard Redskins fan growing up in Deale, Maryland. Besides sports, he loves a good game of chess with his dad or his friends.

Some might describe Conor as a ‘hippie capitalist,’ as he also loves daily meditation and is certified in Transcendental Meditation.

Conor is licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia. He is a Diamond Award winning realtor and member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors (SMAR).

Adam Hoyt

“Big Red”
REALTOR

Calvert County, Maryland born and raised, Adam Hoyt will never forget one late afternoon in 2005. On the pitcher's mound at Northern High School in Owings it was a 3-2 count and he knew the game was on the line. Not just any game, a game to clinch the season. Adam throws his best pitch at the number three hitter, a 92-mile an hour fastball. Then a beautiful swing and a miss. The 6' redhead just smiles, having once again triumphed over adversity.

Adam’s athletic prowess later led to becoming a Division 1 baseball pitcher at Radford University and even being considered for the Arizona Diamondbacks farm team. Years of playing baseball taught Adam the ethics of hard work and determination that he now teaches his five children today. And it is what has shaped the foundation for him becoming a Double Diamond Award winning realtor for Team Stueckler of Keller Williams Flagship.

Clients find Adam’s steadiness and caring personality very calming during the stressful time of buying or selling a home. Little seems to rattle Adam as he knows just how to solve any problems that arise. This allows clients to relax and know that he will get them smoothly to a successful settlement.

An added benefit for Adam’s clients is his past experience in construction. After college, he worked with his father for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 26 as a union electrician for many years. This experience provided him invaluable knowledge of homes and their inner workings, giving him a unique perspective that helps homebuyers.

Adam is married to Haley Hoyt, a nationally recognized loan originator who has been featured in Washingtonian Magazine. In addition to selling real estate, Adam owns Hoyt Property Management that helps clients with investment properties. This dynamic duo of real estate live in Owings and have three daughters Samantha, Theresa, and Cecilia and two sons, Heath and Hugh.

Growing up with bright red hair, Adam is used to the teasing that comes from being different. But, strength through adversity is what has made him the trusted realtor that his clients are lucky to have on their team.
