Grand Opening of Our Second Office
Grand Opening of our new office in the Stueckler Building
On April 29, 2022, Patti & John Stueckler held an official grand opening for their new Stueckler Building located at 8832 Bay Ave in North Beach which overlooks the boardwalk and Chesapeake Bay. The new building is zoned mixed-use with their real estate office on the first floor while they live on the second and third floors as their primary residence.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with North Beach Mayor Mike Benton kicked off the outdoor event. Local BBQ catering was served to about 180 guests and featured music by Eric Scott, an award-winning singer/songwriter.
Notable guests in attendance included the architect, David Kacar, and builder, Mike Holland, both of Classic Design & Build in North Beach. Retired Calvert County Commissioner Susan Shaw as well as County Commissioner candidates Catherine Grasso and Todd Ireland.
Official office hours for the office are Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm.
