Week 3:

  • Follow up with agents of any showings
  • Email feedback from any showings
  • Email weekly online showing reports (online “hits”/activity)
  • Send flyer to CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) network of DC and northern VA agents regarding property and Open House

Week 4:

  • Follow up with agents of any showings Email feedback from any showings
  • Email weekly online showing reports (online “hits”/activity)

Second month of listing:

  • Put property on  SAT (Select Agent Tour)
  • Follow up with agents of any showings on weekly basis
  • Email feedback from any showings on weekly basis
  • Email weekly online showing reports (online “hits”/activity)
  • Buy Facebook ad to promote listing
  • Advertise a public Open House on Zillow
  • Advertise a public Open House on Trulia
  • Advertise a public Open House on Realtor.com
  • Hold Public Open House on a Saturday or Sunday

Following months:

  • Follow up with agents of any showings on weekly basis
  • Email feedback from any showings on weekly basis
